Some patients understandably actively seek a female doctor, particularly those who may need a physical examination, or gynaecological / sexual health consultations.
Every appointment is with Dr Natasha — who takes the time to listen, to understand your concerns fully, and to provide clear, evidence-based advice in a private and unhurried setting. There are no locums and no other doctors. You will always see Dr Natasha, who knows your history and your circumstances.
Perimenopause
Perimenopause is the transition phase leading up to the menopause. Its symptoms are wide-ranging and frequently missed or misattributed: anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, joint pain, and mood changes are all common, and all linked to the hormonal fluctuation that defines this stage.
Dr Natasha takes the time to take that history properly, assessing symptoms in full and discussing all management options, including body-identical HRT, non-hormonal alternatives, and lifestyle approaches.
Read Dr Natasha's detailed guide to perimenopause — including what symptoms to look for, why it is so often overlooked, and what the treatment options are.
Menopause and HRT
Dr Natasha provides comprehensive menopause assessment and management. She takes a full clinical history and discusses your symptoms in detail, giving you the time and space to explain how the perimenopause or menopause is affecting your life. She then discusses all available management options, including lifestyle approaches, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and exercise.
Contraception
As a DFSRH-qualified doctor, Dr Natasha can provide a range of contraception advice and management. This includes combined oral contraceptive pill counselling and prescribing, the progestogen-only pill. She also provides emergency contraception advice and, where appropriate, prescribing.
Whether you are starting contraception for the first time, reconsidering your current method, or managing a problem with an existing form of contraception, Dr Natasha will review your full medical history and help you find the approach that works best for you.
Sexual health
Confidential sexual health consultations are available and includes comprehensive STI testing, full sexual health screens, and advice on all aspects of sexual wellbeing. Dr Natasha has training in psychosexual medicine and is well placed to discuss sensitive topics in a private, non-judgemental setting. All consultations are strictly confidential.
Blood tests and swabs can be arranged at the same appointment, with results usually available within 24 to 48 hours. Dr Natasha reviews every result personally and contacts you directly with a clear explanation and any recommended next steps.
Breast health concerns
Dr Natasha organises breast screening and scans whilst also assessing breast concerns including lumps, nipple changes, breast pain, and skin changes. A thorough clinical history and examination is conducted at the appointment. If further investigation or specialist review is required, Dr Natasha arranges prompt referral to a breast surgeon or specialist through her network of Harley Street consultants, ensuring that any concern is followed up efficiently and without delay.
Fertility concerns
An initial private fertility assessment with Dr Natasha includes a detailed clinical history covering menstrual cycle, previous pregnancies, contraceptive history, and any underlying medical conditions. She arranges relevant blood tests at the same appointment — including AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone), FSH, LH, thyroid function, and prolactin — and provides a clinical examination where appropriate. Following the assessment, she provides a clear summary of findings and arranges onward referral to a fertility specialist or reproductive medicine unit where this is needed. Access to
PCOS and endometriosis
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis are two of the most common — and most underdiagnosed — conditions affecting women of reproductive age. Dr Natasha provides comprehensive assessment and initial management of both conditions. For PCOS, this includes blood tests, clinical review, and discussion of management options including lifestyle, medication, and fertility implications. For endometriosis, she provides a thorough clinical assessment and, where the presentation suggests consultant-level care is needed, coordinates referral to a gynaecologist with a particular interest in endometriosis surgery or medical management.
