Choosing your appointment length
30-minute appointment — £195
Ideal for follow-ups, a single presenting problem, or review of blood test results. If you have seen Dr Natasha before and need to discuss one specific issue, a 30-minute appointment is usually appropriate. This length is also suitable for straightforward prescription requests, sick note consultations, and short-duration review appointments for stable ongoing conditions.
60-minute appointment — £295
Recommended for all new patients and for anyone with more than one concern to discuss. A 60-minute appointment allows time for a full clinical history, physical examination where relevant, discussion of investigations, and planning of next steps. This is the most commonly chosen appointment length and is suitable for the large majority of GP consultations.
90-minute appointment — £450
For complex medical histories, multiple ongoing conditions, or situations where a particularly thorough review is needed. Often chosen by patients who have not had a full medical review for some time, or who are transferring their care from another GP and want to review their entire health history in detail. Also appropriate for patients managing several long-term conditions who want to review everything in a single unhurried consultation.
Telephone and video appointments
Telephone and video consultations are available at the same rates as face-to-face appointments, at Dr Natasha's discretion where clinically appropriate. A remote appointment can be arranged quickly — often on the same day — and is a practical option for straightforward follow-up consultations, result reviews, prescription renewals, and referral letter requests. Some consultations — particularly those requiring a physical examination, blood tests, or procedures such as cervical screening or implant fitting — are better conducted in person, and Dr Natasha will advise if this is the case.
What to bring
To make the most of your appointment, please bring any previous medical letters, specialist correspondence, or test results that are relevant to your concern. A written list of your current medications — including doses — is also helpful, particularly for new patients. If you have access to any previous medical records or GP summaries, these are useful but not essential; Dr Natasha will take a full history at your first appointment regardless.
What happens at your appointment
Dr Natasha will begin with a thorough clinical history, covering your current concern, your medical background, your family history, and your lifestyle. She will carry out a physical examination where relevant. She will discuss any investigations she recommends — blood tests, ECG, imaging — and these can usually be arranged the same day at the clinic. By the end of your appointment, you will have a clear diagnosis or working differential where possible, a management plan with clear next steps, and any referral letters or prescriptions that are needed. Dr Natasha writes directly to you with a summary following every consultation.
Same-week availability
Dr Natasha typically has appointments available within the same week. Availability varies, so for urgent concerns or if you need to be seen particularly promptly, please call the practice directly rather than using the online enquiry form. The team will always aim to accommodate patients who need to be seen at short notice.
