Private family doctor — Harley Street, London
Ongoing GP care for all the family, of all ages, with the same doctor every time
Book an AppointmentFor many families, having a single private GP who knows everyone — their medical histories, their concerns, their personalities — is one of the most valuable things they can invest in. Dr Natasha sees patients of all ages and provides the kind of continuity of care that is increasingly difficult to access through the NHS. When your doctor knows your family, they notice things that a doctor seeing you for the first time never could.
Continuity across the family
Whether you need a same-day appointment for an unwell child, a menopause review for a parent, or an annual health check for yourself, you will always see the same doctor. Dr Natasha builds longitudinal records for each family member and coordinates care across the family as a whole — noticing patterns, remembering context, and making referrals when needed. The continuity that comes with a named, personal GP is not simply a convenience; it leads to better clinical care and fewer things being overlooked over time.
Children and young people
Dr Natasha sees children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. She brings broad experience of paediatric medicine from her hospital training, having worked in dedicated paediatric posts as well as A&E, where the clinical assessment of children forms a central part of the work. She understands that children often need a different approach — one that is calm, unhurried, and takes the time to address the concerns of both child and parent fully. Parents frequently find that private appointments for children offer something the NHS is rarely able to provide: the time to ask every question they have, and to leave the appointment feeling genuinely reassured.
Acute and ongoing care
Dr Natasha provides care across the full spectrum of general practice, from acute illnesses and infections to the long-term management of ongoing conditions. She has particular experience in asthma and respiratory conditions, thyroid disorders, dermatological conditions, mental health (including anxiety, depression, and insomnia), hypertension, and metabolic conditions. For each family member, she maintains detailed records and reviews them at every appointment — ensuring that the picture builds over time and that nothing is missed.
Referrals and coordination
When a family member needs specialist care, Dr Natasha manages the referral from start to finish. She writes a detailed referral letter, draws on her established relationships with Harley Street consultants to ensure timely appointments, and follows up on the outcome. The communication between your GP and your consultant is clear and direct — there are no letters that go unread, and no results that fall through administrative gaps. Dr Natasha remains the coordinating point of care for every family member throughout any episode of specialist treatment.
Registration
Families can register all members with the practice for an annual registration fee of £50 per patient. This formally recognises Dr Natasha as your named GP, allows her to build and maintain a continuous medical record for each family member, and includes a 5% discount on all consultation fees throughout the year. Registration is renewable annually and can be arranged at any time.
