  • A 30-minute appointment costs £245, a 60-minute initial consultation costs £365, and a 90-minute extended appointment costs £485. The Sleep Assessment package is priced at £395 and includes a home sleep study, initial blood tests, and a 60-minute consultation.

  • No. Dr Natasha offers a self-pay (private pay) service. You do not need health insurance to book an appointment. All fees are paid directly and privately.

  • Yes. Dr Natasha Thandrayen sees every patient herself. There are no locums, no other GPs, and no physician associates.

  • Yes. Dr Natasha has a trusted network of consultant specialists at Harley Street and across London. Referrals are made promptly, often within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Appointments with Dr Natasha are 30 to 90 minutes, compared with a typical 10-minute NHS appointment. You choose to see Dr Natasha specifically, you are seen promptly without a waiting list, and you pay the consultation fee directly. The longer appointment time means there is proper time to listen, examine, and discuss everything you need.

  • Yes. Blood tests and ECG can usually be arranged on the same day at the Harley Street clinic. Scanning can often be arranged the same day depending on availability.

  • Most private medical insurers do not directly cover private GP consultations. However, they may cover the costs of specialist referrals and investigations that follow from a GP consultation. It is always worth checking your policy.

  • Telephone and video appointments are available at the same rates as face-to-face consultations, and are offered at Dr Natasha's discretion where clinically appropriate.

  • Dr Natasha consults at two locations on Harley Street: 25 Harley Street (W1G 9QW) and 17 Harley Street (W1G 9QH). The nearest tube stations are Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Regent's Park.

  • Any relevant medical letters, test results, or medication lists. If you are a new patient, any previous medical notes or clinic letters are particularly helpful.

  • Dr Natasha is fluent in Mauritian Creole, and welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds.

  • The Diagnostic Sleep Assessment costs £395 and includes a 60-minute consultation, a WatchPat home sleep study (sent to your home by post), preliminary blood tests, and specialist referral if needed. It is designed to identify the underlying cause of sleep problems including obstructive sleep apnoea, insomnia, and UARS.
