Dr Natasha Thandrayen, Private GP at Harley Street

About Dr Natasha

Dr Natasha Thandrayen has been a Private GP at Harley Street since December 2020, consulting at 25 and 17 Harley Street. Whatever brings you to see Dr Natasha — whether it is a new concern, an ongoing condition, or simply a wish for a thorough health review — you will always see the same doctor. The same doctor, every appointment, every time.

Dr Natasha qualified from University College London Medical School in 2006 with an MBBS, having previously completed a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry at UCL. Her academic background instilled a rigorous, evidence-based approach to medicine that has remained central to her practice. During her training she contributed to a peer-reviewed publication in Molecular Biotechnology and was awarded the Cecil Symonds research bursary for a healthcare project conducted in Mauritius. She is a co-author of an ENT course book and has published articles in Clinical Junior.com.

Dr Natasha has worked for 20 years in the NHS, gaining experience across a broad range of clinical settings. She has held hospital posts in A&E, Microbiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Renal Medicine, Elderly Medicine, Urology, and Paediatrics. This breadth of experience means she is able to take a genuinely comprehensive view of her patients' health — considering each person as a whole, rather than focusing narrowly on a single complaint.

Her clinical interests include sleep medicine, women's health, and sexual and reproductive health. She completed CBT for Insomnia training at Oxford University in 2021 and is a member of the British Sleep Society. She holds the DFSRH (Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health) and has undertaken additional training in psychosexual medicine — making her well placed to support patients with a full range of sensitive and personal health concerns.

Dr Natasha has volunteered with virtualdoctors.org, supporting doctors working in Zambia. She speaks fluent Mauritian Creole, and is pleased to offer consultations to those patients who prefer to speak in this language.

"I started my private practice because I wanted to provide the kind of care I believe every patient deserves — unhurried, personalised, and consistent."
